The Mentorship is a 1:1 program designed to change your personal life and professional practice. It is truly my heart’s offering to my community.
Whether you are a practitioner in the field of astrology, Reiki, massage or the like or just someone wanting to start your healing journey, The Mentorship awaits you.
The Four Pillars were taught to me as the building blocks under which our activities of true service may be offered from a place of steadiness, integrity, and skillfulness.
For many practitioners, a class is taken over a weekend and we are left alone to integrate on our own. The purpose of this program is to equip you with teachings and valuable tools that will support you in service to others and, most importantly, service to yourself.
The program begins with initial energy work and astrological consult and intention setting for what you would like to gain from this program. The class material will be offered online with the aid of a slide deck and live teaching that is thoughtfully adapted to suit your learning style and what questions you may have.
Regular homework and accountability are part of this discipline. We design the program to fit your needs and schedule i.e. meeting once a week or bi-monthly.
If you are Reiki-attuned, we will include daily accountability for self-treatment; if not, there are energy methods I will teach you that can be substituted or added to your practice. Meditation instruction and daily accountability are adhered to via messaging.
The Four Pillars are Energy, Perception, Meditation and Wisdom
Energy teachings include a discourse on the Violet Flame of Transmutation and the use of etheric tools as a means to clear energy through intention. Additional discourse on esoteric clearing and esoteric use of crystals in your energy practice will be included.
Perception is taught through the “Four Faces of Self” model taught to me by my teacher which is one of the most important communication tools I use. Based on the Jungian perceptual model, we will learn about the four different varieties of perspective, how they interact and exhibit in the world, and what your perceptual type and order are.
Meditation instruction is valuable. Meditation is the key to unlocking all other doors of potential and clearing perceptual blockages through dedicated practice. I teach Shamatha “peaceful abiding” meditation and we will dive deep into posture, different tools for seating, and simple instruction for this basic practice— no frills or glamour required. This should be as mundane as brushing your teeth and just as profound in its ability to provide health and well-being.
Wisdom teachings include a class on the body and the basics of caring for your physical body as the foundation and reflection for your multifold energetic body. Embodied nutrition, supplements, and esoteric herbalism discourse along with my unique terrarium perspective on self-care.
There will be a class on the multi-fold body (physical, etheric, emotional, mental, and personality) and an in-depth discourse on the prism chakras and energy centers.
Additional Wisdom will include comprehensive discourse on the traditional Four Noble Truths and Eightfold Path and The Rights from the Buddhist tradition and the Review or instruction on the Reiki Principles taught by Mikao Usui.
