Kosa Spa is hosting lauren of Ursidae Healing Arts to lead a seasonal shift day retreat on Sunday, March 12th. A morning movement session, sound bath, dharma talk and nourishing lunch will be provided in Kosa’s common area. The afternoon will include private Reiki or Astrology service sessions with lauren, sauna/steam room experience and space to reflect, journal, read and rest.
